OSx360 Development Status
I have been speaking with RedLine99 over at http://www.xboxhacker.net/ and he has agreed to help me out with some of the XFS (Xbox File System) methods. I have also had some open invitations to help with the project. Unfortunately at this time, it is too early for too much outside assistance. I may request some Graphic/GUI help, and maybe external classes to help with the XFS structure, but most of this I want to do on my own for the experience.
On a better note, I have fixed the issue I had with a 2GB limit with NSData classes by breaking the ISO up into it's various structures. As long one single piece of data doesn't take up more than 2GB, I should be fine. Even if there is, I can still use this method to process the data in smaller pieces. I have also created a functional SS/PFI/DMI extraction code (It still doesn't verify the data), and will have that in the next release along with the ability to inject the SS/PFI/DMI data as well.
I would also like to thank everyone who has either tested or helped me with this project. It's only been two days but it's looking promising. Anyone interested in helping out with this project, either with programming knowledge or graphic design, please contact me at justin@nukedsoftware.com or msg me on http://xbox-scene.com/ or http://www.xboxhacker.net/ - screen name 'WolfieNuke'.
